At Zayla, we aim to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. We understand, however, that you may occasionally need to cancel an order. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for order cancellations. 
1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations
•	Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order has been shipped, whichever comes first. 
•	Once an order is processed and dispatched to the courier, cancellations will no longer be accepted. Instead, you may follow our Return & Exchange Policy. 
•	To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@zaylawear.com with your order number. 
2. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
•	If payment was made via credit/debit card or bank transfer, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. 
•	If the order was placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), no charges will apply for cancellation before dispatch. 
3. Zayla-Initiated Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances: 
•	The product is out of stock or discontinued. 
•	Payment authorization fails or remains incomplete. 
•	The shipping address provided is invalid or undeliverable. 
•	The order is flagged as fraudulent or suspicious. 
In such cases, customers will be notified immediately, and any payments made will be fully refunded. 
4. Non-Cancellable Items
•	Customized or special-order products cannot be cancelled once confirmed. 
•	Orders placed during sales, promotions, or clearance events may not be cancellable after confirmation.
