At Zayla, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our footwear. Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, this Return & Exchange Policy outlines the terms under which items may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
1. General Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
• Products must be:
o Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
o Returned in their original packaging (including shoe box, dust bag, and tags).
o Free from damage, stains, or alterations.
• Items not meeting these conditions will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.
2. Eligible Scenarios
You may request a return or exchange if:
• You received the wrong item, size, or colour.
• The item has a manufacturing defect.
• The item does not fit and you wish to exchange for another size.
• You are unsatisfied with the product and request a return (subject to inspection).
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance, the following are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Worn or used footwear.
• Items purchased during final sales, promotions, or clearance events (unless defective).
• Customized or special-order products.
• Gift cards and discount codes.
4. Return & Exchange Process
1. Request Approval:

o Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return/exchange.
2. Confirmation:
o Once approved, we will share return instructions and courier details.
o Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Inspection:
o Upon receiving the item, our team will inspect it for eligibility.
o This process may take 2–3 business days after delivery to our warehouse.
4. Approval/Denial:
o If approved, we will process an exchange, discount code or refund.
o If denied (e.g., due to wear, damage, or missing packaging), the item will be returned to you at your expense.
5. Exchanges
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• If the requested size or style is unavailable, you may choose:
o Another item of equal value.
o Discount code valid for 3 months.
o A refund (only if no alternative option is possible).
6. Refunds
• Refunds will be processed only for approved returns.
• Refund method:
o Online Payments (via Bank Transfers): Refunded to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
o Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer or discount code within 7–14 business days.
• Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defective product.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.
• We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund (including shipping charges).
8. Customer Responsibilities
• Ensure proper packaging when returning items to prevent damage in transit.
• Provide accurate order and contact details when submitting return requests.
• Bear the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
